semi precious stones polished shiny

Last weekend I was lying down meditating for a while (not on a Tarot card, just meditating...)

My Faeries' Oracle was lying to my side and I lay my hand on it and I could feel movement. My hand was not moving, but the deck was slightly from left to right. I could feel it vibrate too.

But then that is my favourite and most special deck, it does seem to react to me and for me more than my others, although of course they all work. :-)

Actually that is how I pick the cards for a reading. Separate into 3 piles and put my hand over each to see which has the strongest vibration. Then pull the cards from that pile. I have to say that that method has always worked well for me.

...
I had the some experience too. When I was a beginner I read that for having a better knowledge of the cards you must meditate with them, then put the card in low of your pillow and ask it, if it can disclose it meaning for you at your dreams. I had a lot of dreams with the cards since than.

The more strange was the moon. I saw it full and over the sea. The sea were dangerous and the boats was drift, but all of this with a lot of silence. Then I see tarot cards, and runes and a little afraid when I heard the voice of a wolf or a dog I don't know. It was a scary sound then I wake up.

With the star I had felt a lot of energy and I dream with flowers. The flowers were beautiful and I could fell the smell. With the high priestess I fell the presence like Shandar describes at her post.

Of course that I had different feelings but I felt and see she sit at my bed looking at me. With the minor Arcana some didn't give me a clear dream but another ones give me so clear such the majors.

The Precession Of The Equinox Explanation

The Sun revolves once a year around Earth, traveling at 107,226 km/h (a speed attributed to Earth’s orbit in the Copernican model) while Mars, its binary companion, revolves once every two solar years around the Sun and Earth both. In the TYCHOS, Earth’s celestial equator is naturally considered to be our (0°) horizontal plane of reference. Earth’s axis is not tilted at 23.3° as currently believed, since this assumption conflicts with observation (but more on that soon).
Instead, the 23.3° tilt we observe for the Sun’s behavior is exactly as observed: it represents the Sun’s (or rather, our entire system’s) orbital inclination in relation to Earth’s celestial equator. We shall see further on why these two concepts (the tilt of Earth’s axis vs. the tilt of all other orbits in relation to Earth) are not equivalent or interchangeable, as commonly thought.
There is no need for Earth’s “wobble around its polar axis”. Nor do we hurtle around space at hypersonic speeds. Earth only rotates once every 24 hours while it slowly gets tugged around at 1.6 km/h (or about 1 mph) along its own clockwise 25344-year orbit (a period also known as “The Great Year”). This “PVP” orbit (“Polaris-Vega-Polaris”) and Earth’s snail-paced orbital motion, will of course be thoroughly illustrated further on, as they constitute the core postulations upon which the TYCHOS model is founded.

Michael Venom Page vs David Rickels Bellator 200

I don't know how to feel about this.

After the Schevchenko vs Cachoeira and Nunes vs Pennington fights, I felt like the "just bleed" mentality of demanding that fighters go out on their shields was bad for the sport. And like Luke Thomas argued, you don’t have to take a certain amount of damage for it to be ok to quit. If you’re a pro fighter and you feel you have no chance of winning and it’s time to quit, that’s alright.

But this… it does kind of challenge my position. The guy got cut, decided to quit before the inevitable KO and then made an "inspirational" Instagram video about how he made a lot of money and has no regrets. Which is cool. I get it. Winning the match with a lucky punch seemed far less likely than MVP literally crushing his skull, so he quit. It does feel a bit weird when he’s just celebrating his ‘easy’ paycheck afterwards (probably in defiance of the internet haters), but it’s fine, I guess.

My only real complaint is that he decided to quit while wearing a pimped out, Super-Saiyan version of Manhoef’s awesome gladiator fight shorts. That’s just wrong.

Spanish Eyes - Engelbert Humperdinck (lyrics)

The whale represents the “super conscious” mind that travels in the “universal spirit” world. The whale controls the emotions, which are represented by water. To see a whale in a dream symbolizes your own intuition and awareness of spirituality.

Journey of Souls: Case Studies of Life Between Lives

Note: Most of these quotes are from patients under hypnosis who were reporting their perspective between lives.

Some souls are driven more than others to expand and achieve their potential, but all of us will do so in the end. Being in many physical bodies and different settings expands the nature of our real self.

Fulfillment is not cultivating self for selfish means, but allowing for integration with others in life.

"We all know earth is a difficult school" - quote attributed to a spirit guide

Earth is considered severe? Yes. On some worlds you must overcome physical discomforts--even suffering. Others lean towards mental contests. Earth has both. We get kudos for doing well on the hard worlds. We are called the adventurous ones by those who don't travel much.

Less developed souls are inclined to surrender their will to the controlling aspects of human society with a socio-economic structure which causes a large proportion of people to be subordinate to others.

Souls are created in a positive matrix of such love and wisdom that when a soul starts to come to a planet like Earth and join the physical beings who have evolved from a primitive state, the violence is a shock. Humans have the raw, negative emotions of anger and hate as an outgrowth of their fear and pain connected with survival going back to the Stone Age.

The test of reincarnation for a soul coming to Earth is the conquering of fear in a human body. A soul grows by trying to overcome all negative emotions connected to fear through perseverance in many lifetimes, often returning to the spirit world bruised or hurt.

There comes that time when the soul must once again leave the sanctuary of the spirit world for another trip to Earth. Souls must prepare to leave a world of total wisdom, where they exist in a blissful state of freedom, for the physical and mental demands of a human body.

Souls have misgivings about even temporarily leaving a world of self-understanding, comradeship and compassion to go to a planetary environment of uncertainty and fear brought about by aggressive, competing humans.

The real lessons of life are learned by recognizing and coming to terms with being human. It is how we stand up to failure and duress which really marks our progress in life. Sometimes one of the most important lessons is to learn to just let go of the past.

Soulmates are people in our lives whom we connect with on a deep level. As the name implies, soulmates are primarily friends of the soul. If you have found your soulmate they will likely be the best, and truest friend, you will ever have. You’ll be able to share everything with your soulmate, from your wildest dreams, to your most shameful secrets. Nothing is off limits.

Spiritually, soulmates usually play a major role in your development. It is possible for soulmates to be platonic, romantic and/or sexual in nature. You can also have multiple soulmates in one lifetime, hence the many love triangles we see and experience.

There are a few different types of soulmate. Sol narrows them down in this article, but you can read a summarized version here:

Soul friends — Soul friends are very similar to kindred spirits. However, the essential difference between the two is that kindred spirits are more personality-based, and soul friends are more essence-based. In other words, soul friends share our deepest dreams, values and drives (not just similar personalities and tastes). This is the most common type of soulmate.

Soul teachers — As the name suggests, soul teachers appear in our lives to help teach us vital life lessons. Sometimes these lessons are taught deliberately, and other times these lessons are unintentional. Soul teachers often appear in the form of ex-lovers, family members, friends and even enemies.

Soul companions — This type of soulmate is a combination of both friend and teacher. In fact, soul companions most closely match people’s perception of what a “soul mate” is. As confidants, soul companions deeply understand, love and cherish us. The depth and blissful harmony that you experience in this relationship will outshine any other that you’ve ever had.

Twin Flames

Many people have asked me whether it’s possible to have more than one twin flame. My response is that it could be possible, but I doubt it. As the word “twin” implies, we only have one twin flame in this life. Sometimes we don’t even meet our twin flame in this incarnation, but rest assured, we have always been connected to them on the level of Spirit.

Twin flames are our mirrors. They reflect back to us our every strength, insecurity, weakness and shadow element. The purpose of the twin flame relationship is to help us undergo soulwork and become the best version of ourselves possible.

Carved quartz eagle statue

But here’s the thing, at first twin flame relationships can be intense and tumultuous. This can carry on for many years. But once both egos surrender to their purging and purification, the gifts of humility, empathy and unconditional love are finally obtained.

Our twins reflect the disowned parts of ourselves; they are the yins to our yangs, the suns to our moons, and the light to our darkness. They propel us into shadow work, deep self-discovery and the fulfillment of our potential.

Your twin flame could be your greatest dream or your worst nightmare (or both). They will test you, provoke you and love you fiercely all at once.

Soul Teacher

Soul Teachers are composed of all the people in your life that have come to teach you a lesson.  They don’t necessary teach you intentionally, but often provide challenging situations in your life for you to overcome and learn from.

Soul Teachers often come in the form of family members, friends, acquaintances, old lovers, momentary drifters and even enemies.  You attract them into your life because you need to learn something from them.  For example, some teach you to cultivate patience for the guy who doesn’t signal before changing lanes, to stop lusting over the ‘bad boys’ that keep crossing your path, or to develop greater compassion and understanding for another person’s way of life and beliefs.

Azurite and Malachite Palm Stone is a stalwart protector and bolsterer of your strength and willpower. It helps you access your innate power and protects you from negativity as you take action in the world
Usually any friction in relationships is due to a failure in acknowledging something within ourselves, or in other words; a resistance to the lessons our Soul Teachers teach us.  We can never change other people unless they are open to do so, but we can change ourselves.

Rockfish Release Devices

Barotrauma is the technical term describing an injury caused by a change in air pressure, typically affecting the ear or the lung. With fish, it can usually be seen as bulging eyes and the stomach coming out of its mouth. This is caused by an expanding air bladder which was not decompressed. Simply throwing the fish back into the water will kill it because the air bladder will not decompress on its own. If you and your group seem to catch a lot of rockfish, consider moving to another area. This is the best way to protect rockfish from experiencing barotrauma.

UFC 224: Vitor Belfort pre fight interview

Twist- September 26, 2012 at 5:34 am
That kick should be legal. If a guy is crawling towards you there is no reason you should not be allowed to kick him in the head. That's a bad rule it should change. If Jones wants to monkey around in there and leave his face wide open for a kick he should get kicked in the face and it should be allowed.

ArmFarmer- September 25, 2012 at 6:06 pm

dipset, you need to understand that we aren't all just backing up taco because he's our homie. It's just that when someone enters a community and acts like an enormous illiterate douchebag, it tends to illicit the same response from everyone.. which is, in a nut shell, to shut the fuck up and go find some other hoodrats to hang out with.

Ballentine- September 24, 2012 at 6:46 pm
Big John would not have ruled it a DQ.

At least it took roughly 12 posts before the comments section degenerated into an Internet tough guy contest. By the way, I challenge all of you to a fight and will take your lack of response as a form of verbal submission.

danomite- September 24, 2012 at 1:07 pm
The monkey crawl is not part of the evolution of MMA, it's just the opposite. It's an exploitation of the rules that were put in place for another purpose. Moves that are illegal in MMA (eye gouging, throat attacks, even 12-6 elbows) were put into place because they were believed to be too dangerous. Kicking a downed opponent was made illegal because people thought it wasn't a good idea to let someone punt a guy in the head if he's already crawling around on the verge of unconsciousness. The UFC was created with the intent of testing the various martial arts under close to real life conditions. In what real-life scenario would you not be allowed to kick a guy just because his hand is on the ground?

BaghdadBob- September 24, 2012 at 1:04 pm

Man, say what you want about Bisping, but if Stann had hit me with that punch, I'd have shit your pants.

Fried Taco- September 24, 2012 at 12:09 pm
I won a fight once because my opponent kicked me in the head while both my feet and my giant penis were touching the ground.

It was a street fight, so it wasn't a DQ, but as I fell backward my humongous wang came up between his legs and smacked him in the nuts so hard he lost consciousness. Thus all the ladies watching us fight declared me the winner and took me home.

The End.

KarmaAteMyCat- September 24, 2012 at 11:53 am
As someone who has caught someone in a Triangle in a fight with the three point stance as well as been kicked in the face using the Three point stance. I have to disagree Danga. Any tool in a fighter arsenal can create both positive and negative scenarios during a fight. Things are going very fast in there and a lot of factors come into play. I feel the three point stance can throw a good striker off very quickly specificly if the person they are fighting is a good grappler aka a High level Jujitsu player or a Collegiate wrestler. I feel the same way with the Jones situation here I don't know why he wouldn't bang Vitor out becausehonestly the only place Vitor could win was on the ground in his guard. He couldn't combo off on Jones due to multiple reasons the two big ones being Jones reach and two and this ones a big one. Jones is only twenty-five years old, he's the youngest champion ever in UFC LHW history right? He is still coming into his own. People don't get that the skills Jones used to win his belt and destroy the entire division where moves he analyzed, tried and found great success with. He's still trying different things and evolving as a martial artist. He won and in impressive fashion so why all the hate? People still hung up on the make believe facts that professional fighters should have to accept championship defenses on a weeks notice? Three Point stance may have been unneeded in this fight but it is a useful tool to keep in ones arsenal regardless of what you may think.

J.Jones- September 24, 2012 at 11:17 am
I appreciate your argument, Karma, essentially because it involved "five across the sneeze" (BTW, those shirts are totally happening, Nation), but I wouldn't consider any attempt to avoid a facet of MMA (in this case striking) as part of the evolution of the sport, especially from a guy like Jones who was bragging about how well-rounded he is in all of the fight promos. The three-point stance is evolution in one sense but devolution in another. Not hating on Jones here, but just sayin'.

KarmaAteMyCat- September 24, 2012 at 11:01 am
Also this is MMA we're suppose to be open to new styles and techniques. We are suppose to be open to advancing our sport not pick and choose the things that we consider legit and run circles around the rules to negate things we don't like. Rules are rules. You don't get to change them because you don't like something, Adapt, change the game plan.. Evolve this is after all MIXED MARTIAL ARTS. If you wanna see two people bang it out might I suggest some Xarm? Five to the sneeze...

KarmaAteMyCat- September 24, 2012 at 10:58 am
@Fletch no two feet and a hand is three points brotha. It could be a Knee a foot and a hand but two feet and one hand is a downed opponent.. Shit two feet and one testical is a downed opponent..

Fletch the V Stretch- September 24, 2012 at 10:14 am
I am not quite sure why you guys think Jones was down. Correct me if I am wrong but 3 points of contact would be his two hands on the mat and a knee? Jones never has a knee on the mat. Had Belfort kicked him in the face it would have been totally legal in my opinion. Don't want to be kicked in the face? Leave that monkey shit in the gym.

Dmonicideals- September 24, 2012 at 9:29 am
Selectively enforcing the rules because you don't like the stance a fighter starts the fight in is a great way to show it's not some freakshow that deserves to be legalized in NY. Why does he have to try an illegal kick? Why can't he just punch him like Rampage did?

BaghdadBob- September 24, 2012 at 9:28 am
I tried the "reply" button but it went into a black-hole. Great website, CP.

Fried Taco- September 24, 2012 at 10:19 am
Reply works for me.

BaghdadBob- September 24, 2012 at 9:28 am
@cheechface. I think it would have been legal but the act of lifting up one leg would have caused Bone Smoker to fall, which would have sealed the fate of his arm.

BaghdadBob- September 24, 2012 at 9:24 am
The Spaniard was out. I tell you, these refs get it from both sides. How about some fucking back-up from Rogan? He shits on you if you call the fight late or if you call it when the guy does the electric boogaloo.

gruge- September 24, 2012 at 9:16 am
You guys realy hate Bisping dont you?. What about a few GIF's of his takedowns where he dumped Stann on his back?

Fried Taco- September 24, 2012 at 8:50 am
In Big Dan's defense, he said he saw Brenneman's hair go straight for a spit-second after Noke nailed him.

KarmaAteMyCat- September 24, 2012 at 8:44 am
@CheechFace; yes as long as vitor is holding on by CHOICE and Jones isn't forcing him to stay attached to him and three points of contact aren't touching the mat. It follows the same rules as spiking and such to my knowledge.

CheechFace- September 24, 2012 at 8:55 am
Thanks Karma, that's what I figured. Didn't know he had to be there by choice though.

goibs- September 24, 2012 at 8:41 am
Wheres the guy fapping at the start of show of the premlims

CheechFace- September 24, 2012 at 8:30 am
Genuine question, hoping for an answer; when Bones lifted Belfort up because of the armbar, could he have legally kicked him in the head?

BaghdadBob- September 24, 2012 at 9:26 am
I think it would have been legal but the act of lifting up one leg would have caused Bone Smoker to fall, which would have sealed the fate of his arm.

KarmaAteMyCat- September 24, 2012 at 8:25 am
FOR THE RECORD SHIFTY, Vitor would probably have been Suspended as well as DQ'd three points down is three points down. It's happened before google it..

enrikk- September 24, 2012 at 8:19 am
"Hamill wasn’t confused, he just wanted some words of encouragement from Greg Jackson"

No, he was just rubbing it in everyone's face that he doesn't have to hear Jackson talk. "What?? I can't her you, speak louder!"
#deaftrollingftw

Shifty-Eyed Dog- September 24, 2012 at 8:17 am
Vitor probably wouldn't have been DQ'd. You can hear McCarty say something like, "you wanted to play the game" after the kick, referring to the whole crawling thing. I've heard him say that before when someone is in a clinch and putting his hand up and down to avoid a knee.

and even if he WAS DQ'd, the crowd would have cheered and loved it. Myself included.

dranokills- September 24, 2012 at 11:56 am
I totally agree, and I also heard Big mac say that. I think Big John has little respect for little john. I personally think Jones a is a cunt.....and so is his nuthuggers.

amsterdamheavy- September 24, 2012 at 8:24 am
Yeah, Big John had no sympathy for that.

enrikk- September 24, 2012 at 8:22 am
Was that Rampage who did that? I can't remember, but it's cool that Big John doesn't let gamers play the system. Too bad the other refs just make shit up.

RearNakedSpoon- September 24, 2012 at 8:10 am
Anyone remember me saying Vitor should throw as many illegal strikes as possible to soften Jones up? (same for Bonnar against Silva) :O
I think Jones raised his hands and didn't have a knee down before the kick would have landed anyway so it could have been completely legal strike :D :D :D
The next challenger better do it!

WarpedAcorn- September 24, 2012 at 8:09 am
The funny thing is, if that kick had connected it might have been legal. JJ was coming up to block it as Vitor threw the kick. Had it landed, JJ wouldn't have been considered a *downed* opponent. I wonder if JJ will do that in his next fight?

danomite- September 24, 2012 at 7:56 am
I'm not watching this guy's fights anymore so I don't have anything to add to this other than I wish that illegal head kick would have landed. I'm glad someone finally did it. That fucking crawl he does is embarrassing.
