Seaweed Salad


  1. Reconstitute a handful of mixed seaweed (you can buy dried seaweed salad mix or use wakame) by soaking in warm water for 6 to 8 minutes. ...
  2. Mix the following for the dressing: rice vinegar, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, ginger juice, toasted sesame seeds, scallion, and salt to taste.
  3. Add dressing to the drained seaweed.
