If there is no major incentive to win, it’s obvious of the outcome. People will simply not care as much to win when their pay isn’t cut in half imo

Let me tell you, the flat rate techs work waaaaaay harder to earn extra money. They earn every dollar and it shows on their paycheck compared to regular lazy hourly guys.

I see both sides
They’ll just let people crack their orbital or crush their windpipe. It’s crazy to think that if they’re stepping in to fight they’ll halfass it. I mean i see your point conor/diaz 1 tapped without even an attempt at escaping knowing he was cashing in no matter what. Someone with less job security or more heart would’ve atleast tried to get out before tapping. More than anything fighters need to pick the correct agent/manager
