A little girl looks at a rock and says, "Wow, this looks just like a cat!" A little boy looks at the same rock and asserts, "No, it looks like a dog!" .
Who is right? .
Neither! And both! Our perception is often very limited by our human lens, our past conditioning, triggers and emotions, fears, desires and aversions. If we do not take the time to observe ourselves from a place of innocent curiosity, we may live our entire lives from the unconscious mind, which can be out of alignment with love. If this continues, we often begin to project out our pain onto others. .
Free yourself from the endless cycle of sufferring and become comfortable with being uncomfortable. Allow your pain to teach and transmute you. .
