Organic fruits and vegetables in their fresh and alive state reawaken your body and mind
I remember being at the Woodstock fruit festival and seeing all the coconut meat being tossed in the trash. What a waste! The coconut meat is the other half of the equation. Balance is key. My favorite fats are coconut meat, avocados, mac nuts, pistachios, almonds, flax oil, olive oil, hemp, sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and durian.
