Weight cutting process for an MMA fighter

" IV rehydration isn't necessary.

It's just easier.

Paris Louvre - Minet el Beida, Mistress of Animals, in Hebrew called Asherah (Ugarit, ivory, 13th cent BC)

GSP didn't use IV's to rehydrate and he cut a significant amount of water weight for fights. Nate Green wrote an article where he underwent a weight cutting program supervised by Dr.

John Berardi, who was GSP’s nutritional advisor, to experience what the weight cutting process was like for an MMA fighter.

He started at 190.2 lbs. and cut down to 169.7 in 6 days.

He then rehydrated without any I.V. by sipping 1 liter of water mixed with 1/2 scoop of Surge Workout Fuel (protein/carbohydrate drink mix) per hour, eating plenty of carbohydrates and adding salt to meals to help retain more of the water he consumed and was back up to 186.6 with three hours to spare.

Some of the most extreme weight cutting may no longer be viable but depending on the fighters walking weight and muscle mass, they should still be able to cut 10-30 lbs. with proper supervision from a nutrition advisor. "

There's many variations of Fried Rice but this one is mine. 1. Use old rice. It has to be slightly dry before you cook it or you'll get a mushier texture. 2. Soy Sauce and/or Oyster Sauce 3. Chopped and seared Chinese Sausage (Lap Cheong) 4. Chopped Green onions 5. Under cooked scrambled eggs 6 White Pepper 7. Frozen Peas 8. Add water as needed and stir fry with an oily searing wok 9. Stir fry constantly for 5-6 minutes

Yeep yep thats how my grandmother cooks a fried rice

Thanks for sharing that with us

Yeep Excellent recipe. A couple of prawn crackers served on top of a plate of fried rice plus a skewer of satay will complete it. Ask Obama. He loves Indonesian fried rice or nasi goreng istimewa.

Poaching is illegal

@Yash Deole only if you get caught. Don't whistle in the kitchen and nobody will know you are there.

Nor did she put it in on the boiling part...

Tried it it worked out fine I was keeping my water too hot and I found out that Vortex really works all you complain is if you don't like it don't try it I'm very happy with this new recipe except I stick with whole wheat toast butter on it a little bit of pepper and a Sprinkle of bacon chips whatever way you like do it that way

Yup, firstly she put WAYYYYY too much salt, secondly the water wasn’t hot enough, lastly there wasn’t a vortex, what I suggest is a little vinegar to help with the shape, then a bit of salt to season

@Yeoh Jia Cheng Why did you watch if you know so much better. Do your own video

Princessgamer % and only dropped one egg into the vortex lol

@AeroPwnX literally seen a gorgon ramsey video on how to do this he added salt made the vortex and it looked perfect after

@Whiterun Soldier who is "gorgon" Ramsey? He sounds monsterous !

My thoughts while watching this video: 1. Treating feeder fish any less respectful than pet fish is not cool 2. Dumping them all in a net like that and placing them in a tub with no oxygen - also not cool 3. Bathtubs are so unsafe for any fish because they can drain/hold chemicals (soaps etc) that will leech into their water 4. Fish aren't toys you don't just play with them for your amusement 5. Goldfish are terrible feeder fish they have so little nutrition why is he doing thi- 6. WHY is that catfish in such a small tank?... 7. How can no one be finding this horrible?? 8. Thank god she said no, she has some brains. 9. What immature little boys 10. "They don't look like they're stressed" THEY'RE SWIMMING UP CURRENT LITERALLY TRYING TO AVOID WHAT IS HAPPENING 11. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE If you're watching this and you don't know a whole lot about fish this is NOT how you treat animals.
