It looks like you use them quite a bit, because they look very sharp and focused. Probably used for precision and analysis. Outside of the eyes are perfectly white, no sight of bloodshots or blemishes. They look good. Probably need a bit more sleep thought for its optimal condition. Other than that, everything looks good. Also, they still retain that childlike curiosity and sparks. I would say, you're still in good spirit.

How about me, what’s my prognosis, Dr?
Looks good. But you may have one dominant eyes from the picture. The other one looks slightly lazy. It makes you look bored and unchallenged. You can test this for yourself by covering one eye and switch to the other, if true, you will notice one eye is clearer thsn the other.
Buy an eyepatch, cover up the strong eye and use the weak one for atleast 2 hours a day. This forces your brains to work harder learning to use the weaker eyes.
